French Provincial Desk/Vanity Makeover

This desk was brought by my mom. I was impress of the desk she got for me. Perfect for a vanity or desk.

After, I brought it home. This poor desk was slapped with 2 or 3 white paint on it. Plus, on top it was all stickers.

The bi stickers were easy but the little ones were a pain. Using goof off and mineral spirit. Next, to tackle the bottom I tried to smooth out but it wasn't easy. So, ended up using strip gel and than sanded it.

Once, I got it all cleaned up it was ready for paint. It was painted all in light grey/silver with gold accents. Added new knobs and after several hours of labor. It came out gorgeous..

Simple and elegant.
