Wood Shim Starburst Wall Mirror

I wanted a high end look on a DIY budget and found that wood shims were very reasonably priced at around $1.70 a package. I snapped up a whole bunch and had some paint samples mixed up and headed home to start gluing these suckers together!

Although my master bedroom has one large mirror the room stays relatively dark. I like light, airy spaces so mirrors help to bounce the light around making me a lot happier with the space.

When purchasing your shims be sure to grab wood shims and not composite ones.

Shims are glued together.
