Dumpy Little Desk Goes Gorgeous in Grey

I have a SERIOUS problem. Have you seen my last post on HT? The one where I talked about causing a minor traffic kerfuffle to pick up my new Mint & Metal Tables from the trash? (That post is here btw --> http://www.diypassion.com/2016/02/07/mint-and-metallic-trash-to-treasure/)
Well - I did it again. I just can't help myself!

This desk was just sitting out on the curb on our street. It was threatening to rain. I could hear it saying "please! please save me!" So I did. All by myself. No shame.
I decided she needed to be the prettiest, sweetest desk for my new office nook in my sunroom.





As you can see, she had seen some hard times - but nothing I little sand and chalk paint couldn't overcome :)





My inspiration came from these knobs I had been saving in my tool box. Aren't they great? HomeSense!
The rest got painted up in a gorgeous grey and a little sparkle with polka dots in the drawers and mint paint on the drawer sides.
I feel like I've given this little desk a new lease on life :)
