Blocked Up: DIY Wooden Letter Block Toilet Paper Roll Holder

Don't you love it when you not only come up with a creatively random idea but can locate your building supplies in your kids playroom? And so this was how I wound up negotiating with my pint-sized, 4-year old roommate about using his wooden letter blocks to create a quirky toilet roll holder.

Using a round, wooden clock face, I glued down the wooden blocks to form a base and then proceeded to create a quirky-looking wood block tower.

Once I reached the desired tower height, I created a hole in one of the top blocks and inserted some colored pencils, which will serve as the t.p. roll holder.
