Get the Look of Shiplap Using Peel and Stick Flooring!

If you've followed me over the past few weeks, you know I've been redoing my kitchen using MOSTLY PAINT and giving it the "Fixer Upper" inspired look. I couldn't call it a Fixer Upper inspired kitchen without the classic farmhouse look of SHIPLAP!

What is shiplap exactly?? I share more details and a better definition of what shiplap actually is on my blog.
This project was already such a huge undertaking, I wanted to do something easy for the backsplash.
Peel and stick vinyl tile to the rescue!!
They stick on with ease and cut using an exacto knife. Soooo easy.
I used a penny to space the planks.
Primed with Stix bonding primer.
Painted using the same color as my cabinets.
